Small Tree Silver Support

Small Tree Silver Support (ST-SLVR) includes all of the features of Small Tree Basic Warranty Support and adds the following features:

  • One full year of phone/email support
  • Coverage hours expanded to 7AM to 7PM Central Time* (GMT-6) Monday through Friday.
  • Advance parts replacement
  • Replacement parts shipped UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day. (U.S. Only.)
  • Support available outside ST-SLVR coverage hours at a reduced rate of $75 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Must be arranged in advance with Small Tree Technical Support.

ST-SLVR is available as a support upgrade at the time of purchase of Small Tree products. Small Tree, at its option, may allow upgrade to ST-SLVR at a later date. Re-certification charges may apply.

ST-SLVR coverage may be extended annually at the then current ST-SLVR price. ST-SLVR may not be extended on products for which Small Tree no longer offers ST-SLVR.

ST-SLVR is suspended if non-Small Tree supplied (or pre-approved) hardware components are substituted for Small Tree supplied hardware components. No refunds will be provided.
