Small Tree Time and Materials Support

Small Tree Time and Material Support (ST-T&M) is available for situations where ST-SS or ST-SLVR coverage is not in effect.

ST-T&M support must be arranged in advance with Small Tree Technical Support.

Hardware replacement after the one-year hardware warranty, and for which ST-SLVR coverage is not in place, is at the then current Small Tree price for the failed component(s).

Standard T&M Support: $125 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Must be arranged in advance. ST-SS and ST-SLVR have priority over Standard T & M support.

Extended Hours T&M Support: $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Must be arranged in advance. Standard Support and Silver Support have priority over Extended Hours T &M support.
